RETURN & EXCHANGES

How does the return work?

RETURN CONDITIONS:

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return items from your order to us.

Please note that the goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.

RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY:

  • EITHER  you can simply use our prepaid DHL return label. 
    We will then deduct 3.90 euros from the refund amount for each wiiuka DHL return label used.
  • You can create your DHL return label here:  to the returns portal
  • Our wiiuka warehouse address is already stored for you. Please use your original delivery address as the sender. 
  • Please enter your order number or invoice number in the “Customer Reference” field.
  • OR:  You send your return with a shipping service provider of your choice and do not use our DHL label. You bear the costs for the insured package yourself.

 

IMPORTANT:

  • Please enclose the return form with your return. You can easily print it out here:  to the cancellation form
  • Print it out, fill it out briefly and enclose it with your order. Thank you :)

 

If you do not want to use our prepaid DHL shipping label, please send your shipment INSURED to the following address:

Please send the return shipment back to us insured and with tracking and keep the receipt.

 

As soon as the shipment has been received and processed, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. 

If you have not received a refund notification after 14 days, please contact us at info@wiiuka.de .

 

Did you pay via Klarna purchase on account?

If you have selected the payment method purchase on account via Klarna, you have the option of pausing the invoice with Klarna. 

As soon as the return has been received and processed, Klarna will be informed automatically. 

 

RETURN FROM ABROAD:

For returns from abroad, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.
